Use of Chatbot in Recruitment Processes
After one year of intensive courses in programming, data science, and communication, I was able to earn a grant as a AI researcher in the “Tech Talent Lab” in the department of management at UPC to work on the field of AI and NLP, in particular the use of chatbot in recruitment.
As a researcher in TechTalentLab, I am working on AI and NLP implications for businesses. I'm involved in various aspects of designing, developing, evaluating, and optimizing chatbots in human resources processes in organizations (companies & higher education institutes).
Meanwhile, I'm continuing to work in this area for my master thesis under the supervision of Professor Eva Gallardo and Vicenc Fernandez with the aim of chatbot usage for the recruitment of PhD students.
I recently completed the NLP course in Datacamp.
